Humour
Humour and laughter are the keys to opening up and placing participants at ease. It opens the doors of communication for the sharing of opinions, as well as ‘safe’ and constructive self-analysis and group critique. In this state, participants are motivated, learn easily and never forget the experience. It reduces stress, activates the brain and takes intimidation (or fear) out of the equation. Their creative and innovative potential is heightened exponentially.
