Stan, like Barb, has been with the company forever. He runs production and the warehouse and is the only one who can tame "the monster" - the machine that makes the widgets at Widgets Inc. Stan knows his job and what is really important; “if you don't have a product, you don't have a business”. He is resistant to change; “if it ain't broke why fix it?!” He spends all his time downstairs and needs to be coaxed out to work with the others in the office and to try new things; even if he does think they're a waste of time.
