Stress Management & Relaxation Techniques

We use exercises that are relaxing and calming, because most participants arrive from a very stressful environment.

By incorporating very specific movement exercises and whole- brain learning tools, participants learn sustainable techniques which they can use at work and home to de-stress the brain-body system. Being calm, in turn, offers the opportunity for improved creativity and problem solving.  Participants also develop a very visceral understanding of the power of all their senses to enhance communication, as well as develop an awareness of the effects of stress on their system.
